1. What materials are your jewelry made from?

Our jewelry is crafted using premium-quality materials, including stainless steel, copper alloy, and carefully selected natural or imitation pearls. All pieces are plated with gold, silver, or rose gold to enhance durability and maintain their shine. We choose skin-friendly materials to ensure comfort, even for sensitive skin.

2. Are your rings adjustable?

Yes! Many of our designs feature an open band structure that allows you to gently adjust the size for a perfect fit. Adjustable rings are especially popular as gifts, as they don’t require knowing the exact finger size. Check the “Size & Fit” section on each product page for details.

3. Will the jewelry tarnish, fade, or turn skin green?

With proper care, our jewelry will retain its appearance for a long time. Avoid exposing it to water, sweat, perfume, or harsh cleaning chemicals. We also recommend storing your jewelry in a dry, cool place, ideally in the pouch or box provided with your order.

4. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every order comes with standard protective packaging, and we also offer premium gift-ready boxes and bags for special occasions. Whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, or holiday, your jewelry will arrive ready to impress.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. However, we are actively working to expand to Canada, the UK, and Europe in the near future. Join our newsletter to be notified when we start shipping to your country.

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Exchanges are also available if you wish to swap for a different size or design. For hygienic reasons, certain items like earrings may be non-returnable—please check our Return Policy page for full details.

7. How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes approximately 5–7 business days. We also offer express shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.
